OUR FOUNDER
Over 16 Years Experience
Nkosazana has a solid 17 years work experience in the property industry having worked on over 65 shopping malls across the country. Over the years she has worked with different property management companies and landlords, e.i. Gensec, CBS, Abreal, Housing Development Agency, Billion Group, Broll Properties and Investec. She has served in different roles, such as Senior Leasing Administrator, Assistant Property Manager, Assistant Shopping Center Manager and National Leasing Manager.
She gained a meaningful experience, insight, and exposure through working on mixed portfolios including Retail and Commercial property. With her involvement in various property management companies, she represented different landlords and listed property funds on lease negotiations and made valuable contribution on driving income and providing strategy on tenant mix and tenant retention for existing portfolios, new developments and redevelopments.
