Founded in 2012 Olive Works is a 100% Black female owned and led business with a strong commitment to making a contribution and a mark in male dominated sectors particularly in the realm of construction and property space. We offer comprehensive Construction Services, Real Estate and Property Management Services. We take pride in our expertise, industry compliances and understand the complexities of construction practices in the mining sector and the dynamics of managing listed properties such as retail assets and commercial assets.
Our approach is not just business as usual we take time to adapt to our client’s unique assets ensuring that property management needs are met with precision and care assisting developers, Landlord and property owners to effectively maximize their properties.

Nkosazana Kondlo
Managing Director
Nkosazana has a solid two decades of work experience in the property industry and has been involved in and worked on over 65 retail shopping malls and developments across the country. Over the years she has worked for different property management companies serving in different roles, as an Assistant Property Manager, Assistant Shopping Center Manager, National Leasing Manager, and Head of Leasing Department.
The highlight of her career was a handpicked appointment to join the Investec Property Fund Asset Management team with a focus on driving income from a leasing perspective and deal negotiation for both existing and new developments. The second highlight of her career is the invitation to join JHI Retail as the Head of Leasing for the Liberty Portfolio which covers Sandton City and Eastgate in the Gauteng region.
Sitha Mbekeni
Property Practitioner
Sitha Mbekeni is an ambitious and dynamic Candidate Property Practitioner with a strong passion for property development and management. Currently pursuing studies in Civil Engineering and Concrete Structures, Sitha brings a unique blend of academic knowledge and practical insight to the real estate industry. He is committed to continuous learning and growth, with aspirations to merge engineering proficiency with property management excellence, contributing to the evolution of the built environment.

Nkosazana’s extensive expertise includes her involvement in over 65 retail Shopping Centres across South Africa, demonstrating her capability to deliver large-scale retail assets with precision and success. Her leadership journey has been shaped by her experience in key positions at Investec Property Fund and Liberty Portfolio, where she contributed to significant portfolio growth and operational excellence.
